Death is never easy and you are so vulnerable during this time. Over the years we have had to say goodbye to a few wonderful family members and we turned to Valley Memorial. The service and the care is what helped us make the decision. It's not easy knowing what to do and even being an Event Planner it was a difficult task. The entire staff helped us through such a difficult time. I highly recommend Valley Memorial and the entire staff. In my opinion the service is outstanding and worth more than the cost we paid. I recently attended a service at Valley Memorial Park in Novato and found it to be very beautiful and serene setting. It is a perfect final resting place with a peaceful environment and gorgeous views. The staff was very attentive and professional with our group. A great experience during a difficult time!

Very helpful and informative as I spoke to them over the phone. Because of my father's near deafness I was worried about trying to get everything done, they were so caring and sweet. Dad wanted to finish the arrangements for him and mom's final care. Ron and the staff were always going out of there way to make sure my family was comfortable, as we met with him in person. We have since had to intern my father beside my mother, only 2 months after she died. Ron couldn't have gone more out of his way to help us. The staff made sure mom's brass plaque was up in time for Dad to be placed beside her. They made our grief so much easier by taking care of so much for us.
