Horrible Customer Service, When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to help me, waited 10 minutes and finally saw an employee come out of a back room and asked him for help and he refused to go back and ask for someone to come up front and assist me so I wanted another 10 minutes and left. My recommendation is to use a different location than this one because it's a waste of time, rude staff and you'll only leave upset and for this reason I'm giving Quest Diagnostics a 1 star and if I could I give them a negative 5

A five in terms of helpful staff, low wait time, and immediate results sent to doctors, but a 1 in terms of the ability to contact anyone. We can't find our appointment. The voice mail is impossible. A long list of choices, and then the button to contact someone live, (6) is not operable. This is ridiculous.

We arrived at 10:07 after we had apt at the quest on main. Their elevator was down and my Dad can not walk. We came to this location and they refused to honor our apt or help us out on getting him through faster. Computers were down, they were not calling on walk ins. Still waiting... Not happy!!
