I am in Bella Tera Store branch and I have a problem with my Bill. I have met Gabe the manager of the Store and Mike the rep in the same branch. They are helping me to fix the issue and explain the issue for Loyalty department. The great about them is that they deal with the problem like it is their's. And they treat as like family. This is not the first Time for Mike the rep to help us and find support from his manager. I really appreciate them and this what makes AT&T unique.
