Called to ask a few questions regarding the complicated new laws regarding apartment management. The office manager was very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly.
Holdens Property Services
They are the biggest con in the industry. Must be sued. I am chasing them since last 2 months after paying the fees for the evictions and have called them for about 20 times in last 2 months. Always same reply that there is no one available and they will call me back but till date none REAL CON COMPANY - AVOID.

I want to highly recommend this company. I had to hire them to serve a 3 day pay or quit notice in April 2017 to my former tenants and Express Evictions handled that process professionally and quickly. I worked with Diane Curtis who was very nice, informative and professional. Once the 3 day notice was served I got noticed via email with the confirmation and you know it worked when you have your tenant blowing you up to try to make payment arrangements to avoid eviction. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need to again.

I really enjoyed dealing with Express Eviction. I dealt with Mark, he is the Manager, very knowledgeable and helpful. Express kept their commitments to me and they followed up every step of the way. My tenant moved out 1/2 way through the eviction process right before I went to court with the attorney. My tenant didn't even bother to show up and I got a full money judgment!! Doubt I'll ever collect against that deadbeat but that's my fault for buying into the tenants sob story. I will use them again in the future if needed again.

Generally, you cannot accept rent while you are in the middle of an eviction. If you accept rent then you may lose your case.
Yes it is!! We had an exceptionally difficult eviction, that went way beyond what usually happens in 98% of most evictions. It drug on for 6 months. Very crazy. If you want your property back, any lawyer can help you but, this is far more affordable, because they specialize in just this. No distractions. You pay court fees and flat rates for specific work as you go (depending on what you need done.) You don't meet the lawyer until court, but don't doubt as they prepare your eviction, he is constantly made aware of everything going on. Making sure nothing is overlooked. These folks know their stuff! It is all they do. Like a medical team prepares you for the Surgeon. You only pay the Surgeons hourly fee when you are actually under the knife (in court, with their(your) Atty., in front of the judge) You CAN do it yourself, BUT DON'T !! I did 25 yrs ago, it's different now. I would use them again !!
