One of the receptionist/worker at this location named Monica was very rude hung up in my face and was just disrespectful changing drs asap.

Every time you walk in the building they take a temperature you must wear a mask and they keep asking if you take in the shot it's actually none of their business and your hip alright not to answer.... Used to be a great doctor's office turning questionable In a couple weeks ago the security guard jumped bad at me even a little g********** involved I think I surprised him he didn't understand what was coming out of my mouth LOL

This place is a JOKE. Girls answering the phone lines are rude and will send you to voicemail boxes without even telling you who they’re sending you to not to mention ALL mail boxes are FULL. I’ve called 20 times at least in the past week and a half to request lab Corp be faxed for my son so he can get his lab work done. I tried writing them on their site and MAGICALLY the captcha doesn’t work so I can’t even submit my request. Again, this place is a joke. Bonita is sweet though but everyone else can kick rocks.

Wow, I was really impressed with how smooth my visit was to see the Dr. today. I went in without an appointment, but needing to see the doctor, to check if my symptoms were flu or pneumonia. (My regular doctor was out) The whole team - from the lady at the reception desk, to Dr. Weller, to the pharmacy team, and even the lady scheduling appointments, were very prompt and courteous. Thank you to all the staff, keep up the good work!!
