First time coming here, needed coolant to be topped off and brakes to be inspected which costed 170 dollars and was promised that work would be completed at 1pm. Arrived at 10:10am and did not leave the dealership until 3pm. Was left waiting approximately 5 hours to do something that normally takes 3 hours at other dealerships with oil change, inspection, and ACTUAL work done. Now, granted it would be understandable if they were busy or understaffed, but they were neither on a Monday WITH an appointment. When I went to the kiosk to ask how much longer it would take at 1:15pm I was given an estimate of 15 minutes, my car was still not ready an hour and a half past that time at 3pm. The only redeemable quality this place has to offer is their wonderful coffee station, (will include pictures below). In conclusion, abysmal prices for “labor”, inaccurate promise times, and a lack of customer service competency should make anybody weary of coming to get their vehicle serviced here.

On June 3rd I visited Toyota in hopes to get a Tacoma and I was not disappointed. Tito did an amazing job as my sales person to get me the best price despite having poor credit. The financial team did not disappoint either! Carlos was very professional and attentive. If either person was busy, another associate was there to fill in and continue the process so I was never in the dark. I appreciate everyone at Toyota. Very professional and amazing team!

I took my car in for my normal 45k services. I was made aware of the maintenance needs at a great time and was given the option to approve to get completed on the same day. Ivan and Frankie were very kind and helpful with checking me in and also getting me a shuttle to get back home. The shuttle driver was very safe and nice on the drive. Also, the new location was really updated and pretty. Thanks Toyota of San Bernardino!

I won't be back. I made a appointment but still have to wait for 40min when I get there. Poor and slow service. This is second time they're trying to rip me off. The Sales person 'SOEMY' was really rude to me. She tried to make me change couple things to my car and I don't need. When I pick up my car she giving me rush. Also they don't have Car wash yet. I request change windshield wiper and they charged me $31 first it came up to $86.51.

I think it is very expensive, I recommend that you look for it in the Swami of Colton you find all brands
I would head down to the service department personally for this one, they are open 6 days a week, Bobby is my service writer :)
You can get another leas vehicle, but your gona have to probably pay for early termination thats how those things work
