If your camper or RV is older than 10 years, they will turn you away. We paid online and were turned away and given a refund. This was Memorial Day weekend. They told us this policy was "all over the website". It appears at checkout in the fine print. Go down the road to Granite Peak. A much nicer campground with great amenities and friendly people.

Really nice people really nice facility they even have miniature golf and they have great cravings coffee from the Dodge 25 for 12 oz cup! Bought some great T-shirts there. They have the funniest and cutest bunnies living there of any campground I've ever been at! This is going to be close to the city close to Walmart close to shopping but in a little bit so it is quiet next to a mobile home park

Prompt arrival service and was escorted to our site which was level gravel and generally spacious. A guest must have washed a bunch of clothes with a ton of dog hair which was all over a decent amount of washers which I had to clean because no one came to clean it up upon my request before I did my laundry. Hours to do laundry are only until 4:00 which is not hours advertised. One of the washers didn’t work which I discovered when I removed my clothes. Bathroom/shower area was not somewhere I was going to shower to save on gray water space since it’s not a full hookup KOA. Walk to a few stores was convenient. Overall I wouldn’t stay longer than a night or two. In a busy area of town and I didn’t feel totally safe but it was very well lit and a KOA truck came by several times during the night. No problems in the morning. The area closest to the entrance is nicest.

The location of this KOA is great. The sites are very spacious. But the terrible customer service ruins the experience. From the time we booked, it's like they went out of their way to be unhelpful. We wanted to stay 7 nights, but they only had six available. I asked to be put on a list if anything changed. When we got here, there are so many large sites that are empty -- we were even willing to park our truck somewhere else, but still they insist they have nothing to accommodate us on that last night because that is what their "system" says according to our specs. The staff seems inconvenienced by every possible thing. They seemed offended that we receive packages at the office. Their laundry is only open during business hours, which is absolutely ridiculous for a commercial campground. They have codes on the bathroom -- why not the laundry? We loved Missoula, but would stay elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.

I'm not sure there are any in Missoula. Maybe around the Forrest Service outside of the city limits.
Check with the office there.
My cousin was just there last month, he was paying 285.00 a week. When he got there told him they were booked so he couldn't stay a month. So you need to be careful when you call the 800# because apparently it doesn't go directly to the Missoula location so you're not getting accurate intel.
Check the website. Rates vary based on time of year, number of people you're travelling with, size and type of RV, etc. It's very quick to get a quote online.
