I just wanted to share how disappointed I am with my recent visit. I stopped by your shop about an hr ago. I specifically asked for a sativa dominant cart. I have a 8 hr trip ahead of me. I am the CEO of a dispensary in Seattle so I was curious to try some of your strains. I chose to trust your employee with their knowledge on your product. After about an hr into my trip I come to find out the cart I was given is a HEAVY INDICA! Number one attribute sleepiness . . Your cartridge was thrown away. I can stress how important employee product knowledge in this industry. Thanks

1st off I am impressed by the overall family feel that this shop has from the second you walk in the door! I have been in 3 times this month, and even though it was busy, their professional staff made things seamless. It was recommended to me to stop in and talk to Bridget, and she indeed was super helpful and she definitely knows her stuff. Her husband was of great help when he answered questions and shared his love of the plants! The knowledge and assistance that the bud tenders give is second to none, and I will continue to shop here!

I have been to Starrbuds twice now and both times the customer service was excellent. As in, above and beyond. Bridgette and another budtender went the extra mile to get me access to the health care I needed. A stark contrast when compared to the "pass the buck" attitude of the MMCP I experienced. Their flowers are not only beautiful but you can tell that great care was taken when packaging. That's the sign of someone who loves what they're doing, what they're providing, and pride in their product in my opinion. I read a couple reviews that mentioned the small selection. Although a somewhat small selection compared to the huge lists at other dispensaries, which I find overwhelming and time consuming, the strains are top quality. I highly recommend. ;D
