First time checking out this place, clean and legit...the lovely lady helping us was amazingly detailed with her descriptions, enjoyable, friendly...the product is AMAZING! I've been to SO MANY dispensaries in missoula and the product is all beginning to taste the same, look the same, burn the same...and I've been smoking for decades...I was beyond happy to try a pre roll and not only was it not the bottom of the bag shake joint, it was primo fire....I grabbed a pre roll of gary Peyton and an 1/8 of purple punch...and DAMn the flavor is excellent, I think ive found my new spot....the hype is real, COOKIES GOT IT GOING ON!!! 10/10 I will be back and I surely hope that love young lady is there to service our needs lol, she was a joy!

Every time I go to cookies, their prices change. I get two edibles every time. The first time it was 50$, the next it was 80. Then this last time it was 99$. I love their edibles and joints, but I will not be returning to Cookies, because I do not like to be scammed.

I really enjoy this shop, they by far have the best selection of high MG edibles at decent prices. Their bud and concentrates are delicious but can be pricy. My issue is the customer service. This shop is always BLASTING music right when you enter the door, I have had to ask them to turn it down several different days just be able to ask my budtender basic questions. Most of the employees just sit behind the desk trying to shout at your over the music and across the room, its a big mess. Today specifically I walked in, was greeted only by Kanye West screaming at me over the speakers. Neither of the two employees behind the desk greeted me, or got up to come ask me if I had any questions, they just sat there chilling. When I walked up to the counter, the girl did not even say hello, or what can I get for you, she LITERALLY just looked at me, no words. You are a medical store selling medicine to medical patients, you need to act like it. Product: 4 stars. CS: 0 I really hope their customer service improves as I would hate to have to cut this shop completely out like I did with spark1 over the same problems.
