They were detailed and thorough in locating the leak. They found it and repaired it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the leak had been going on for months and I didn’t notice it till yesterday. Since there was lots of water damage and mold that had built up, they also connected us with a restoration company that came out same day. This was my first time using this company and I am completely satisfied. I will definitely use these guys with future plumbing issues and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing help, especially in an emergency type of plumbing situation. The long and short of it is, no. Chemical drain cleaners tend to be highly toxic and come with various warning labels. They can also be dangerous to have in a household with pets and children who might get into the bottle. The chemicals can also damage your pipes. Just as they dissolve your clogs, they can dissolve the inside of your plumbing. There are alternatives to chemical drain cleaners, such as enzymes and bacteria that will eat the biological material blocking your drains. If you need immediate help clearing a clog or cleaning your drains, give us a call!

If your toilet keeps running, it’s usually a problem with the flapper not closing or sealing around the flush valve. If jiggling the handle a little doesn’t fix the issue, it could be that the flapper has worn out and needs to be replaced.
