It's sad that people complain because they're experiencing long wait times. That's ridiculous. It's an emergency room people. They prioritize serious to non serious emergencies.

I feel your pain. write to the hospital supervisor, I had knee surgery there 4 yrs ago, coming out of surgery I had a seizure, the nurse was condescending with me when I came too and asked her if I had one and they never informed my fiancee what was happening. So, what should have taken 2 hrsin and out ended up taking 7 hrs without tyke nurses informing my loved ones. the nurses there are knowledgeable with what they do, unfortunately they have a horrible attitude while doing it.. ask your doctor to move YOU or speak to the hospital supervisor

Because they sleeping and drinking on the job I think.. Isn't it horrible I was waiting for an operator to answer the phone for at least 20 minutes almost a half an hour it's crazy

The nurse is Probably a new nurse if you are on the seventh floor second floor fifth floor we are good nurses

I recommend St Francis,they took care of my mother,and had several people i know delivered they're babies there,no complaint's!

Because the maternity area is different, my grandchildren were also born here, I was in an emergency with my child years ago and it was a nightmare, I had a very rude nurse, and today I am in an emergency with my daughter, and a bad experience too, but nothing to do with the doctors, they are very efficient.

How is this hospital rated?

Not sure if it's 12 hours, however this hospital is now a trauma facility and every situation is treated differently based on the severity of your condition and the volume of the ER flow

You need to have a consultation with there MENTAL health dept staff doctors.. and judge that for your self and stay very prayerful....

The E.R. room at most hospitals are busy... But if you go early you might catch a break. There's no guarantee 💙

Call the patient service desk they should be able to let you know... Usually it's ok if you're family but call any way to be sure💙

I just had my baby there Friday. I was induced, they got me settled in my room and then called my husband up to join me. Your husband can remain but, if he leaves the hospital he won't be allowed back in. He can go as far as the lobby to receive food delivers however, the hospital will provide his meals 😁 Best of luck to you and congratulations 👶🎉

Don't know, but it's not the best hospital, they only care about money, not patients, since most are minorities. I was treated badly in E.R. twice due to location and minority area. Watched them mistreat most of the patients. Ok, yes, you don't go to E.R. for a cold but they are ignorant of that fact, don't be mean to them because of their ignorance and as for me, they judged me as most likely white trash because I was in black/Hispanic hospital. No white privilege here! You go there, they hate you. Poor care given. And I have surgery scheduled. I don't want to die because of area I live. God I pray the greedy doctors don't kill me please. I'm not that old. 60. I was admitted 2 times via E.R. so doctor would make more money. It's all about the money. No credentials listed on most of substandard doctors. I have lawyer ready for daughter in case they kill me. God I pray I live. Even the priest had no time or patience to talk to me. I'm terrified. No a.m. or p.m. care given, rotten nurses

That's usually confidential information too. But you definitely should contact medical records to see if they have any information for you.

if I remember correctly, they have a specific woman's clinic set up for when you're pregnant. They also have people/ staff to help you set up insurance, because once you're pregnant you automatically qualify for medical. there is also a clinic in H.P. off State Street and Florence that provide ultrasounds throughout your pregnancy and they even give you a video of it. it used to be called La Victoria Medical Clinic, I know the building is still there, the clinic is open, but I don't know if it's changed names

Ana Muneton , no disrespect but maybe you should be admitted in this hospital at San Francis and then tell us what you think I'm here going on April 29th and I've been here for a month and I can say that this is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been into and I'm praying to God if I'm not out of here in 3 more days I'm going to walk out of this hospital that's how badly I hate it here
