The experience was good. I loved the skiing and the great day to ski. The lodge seemed very small with all the groups. I ended up eating my lunch standing up. I will try to plan another day when it is less crazy? Maybe? I think I will come back, my daughter enjoyed her time too. It was her first time skiing and she loved it. The lessons went well.

1 word Amazing. Just a little gem here in Montana. The views are beutiful the environment is always great. Just a really nice place. I went here on a field trip with my sons class. I had a great time. The staff was awesome. The paintece they had helping all the kids was on a whole another level. They took time with the kids and offered help. You can tell the passion these people have for the sport. I talked with a few trainers 1 on 1 and they were very helpful. The place was clean and organized. The coffee area is great as well. The young lady there was very nice and had great recommendations. The food is great as well. You could smell the corn dogs for miles I'm sure. I would recommend this place for a date out or a great family vacation. You will not be disappointed.

I have been coming here for more than a decade. The snow is always fresh, fluffy, and natural. And the mountain is always quiet due to the small crowds. The staff is friendly and the prices are great! Definitely my favorite ski resort in Montana. #showdown #montana #skiing #snowboarding

Yes look online at the the ski map that's where you will find snowshoeing and by the way i am a local snowboarder.
There aren't set trails but you're welcome to come up and hike around. There is also a Forest Service road that goes from the top of Kings Hill Pass to the top of the mountain.
Bob's Bar and Motel in Neihart. You may also be able to find an Airbnb nearby, otherwise there is another motel in Monarch and several in White Sulphur Springs.
That is entirely free, as long as you don't use the lifts
Adults $45
There is a place to park your snowmobiles at the lodge. it's on the eastern most end.
With drink, sugar/carb snack and a good square meal, expect to pay around $15.00 per person
