This car market had chewed us up and spit us out. We've been trying to buy a new car since September of 2021. Our first attempt was a Telluride; the dealer had a $17,000 dollar markup on the vehicle. I was so disgusted; I told them that if they were going to mark mid-level cars at luxury prices, I would just buy a luxury brand. So our next attempt was Mercedes of Riverside. We got their promise via phone that they weren't marking up vehicles before we traveled to the lot, but then they had a $5,000 markup that they had intentionally lied to us about. We just figured we'd have to drive our old used car for several more years until electric cars were more prevalent, and we could bypass dealerships altogether. Every once in a while, when I got desperate enough for a new car that I was willing to feel the inevitable disappointment and rage, we'd cold call a dealership to check on dealer mark-up. In fact, the day before we called Mercedes of Ontario, we called a Volkswagon dealership who had a $20,000 dealer markup on a car. Gross. We figured after our experience with Riverside Mercedes that we weren't going to find a Mercedes dealership we were willing to work with, but on a lark, we called Mercedes of Ontario a couple of weeks ago. They promised they'd sell us a car at MSRP. We'd heard that before, so we weren't holding our breath. We were so pleasantly surprised when we showed up and they honored their word. They've gained a customer for life. My husband bought his Mercedes from Riverside before the market took off, but even he has switched his loyalty to Ontario. We could not be happier with our experience.

In today’s financial atmosphere with the vehicle supply shortage, surging inflation, and increased interest rates, the vehicle purchase/lease process can be even more overwhelming, frustrating, and stressful than in past years. Therefore, working with the right dealership, which promotes trustworthiness and directness, is super critical. Based on that, I chose once again to have my auto transaction with this specific dealership. It was a great collaboration. Simon, the Sales & Leasing consultant, thoroughly presented the available purchase/lease options. Then, Addi, the General Sales Manager, presented to me fair and creative pricing options. Both were super transparent and applied zero pressure on me, which I highly respect and appreciate. Once my decision about the car was made, Bernard, the Finance Manager, got me a competitive loan interest rate through their loan providers, provided me with warranty plans to choose from, and he professionally handled the documentation signage process. It was obvious that Addi, Bernard and Simon are truly caring about their clients. For me, this is what 'an Excellent Customer Service' is all about. Thank you, Fletcher Jones of Ontario, for another special experience and great rates. And lastly, thank you Addi, Bernard and Simon for the true pleasure of working with you again. People make the difference!

My sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. I was referred to Afshin by one of my associates who recently purchased a car from him as well. She only had only great things to say about him and said how hard he worked for her. I’m so happy my experience was no different! Already referred him to one of my other associates. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Even through the finance process, the Finance Manager (can not remember her name but believe it starts with a S) made me feel so comfortable. She has an amazing personality and even better customer service. Loved the entire experience!

I have to say, there are two things I hate buying which are cars and cell phones. The warm and amazing staff from the second we stepped on the property at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz of Ontario changed that for me. We were greeted upon our arrival and each person we encountered was absolutely delightful. Most of all, Louis Hakime was extremely patient and most diligent in ensuring that we found the perfect vehicle for my wife despite the incessant rain we experienced during our visit. Louis was nothing less than delightful for the 7 hours we held him hostage, sending him back and forth in the rain test driving numerous vehicles. Furthermore, I have to say that Bernard in finance is equally amazing. Although we were able to finish the transaction in the warmth and dry setting in his office, I have no doubt that he would have been just as pleasant if we were signing papers outside in the rain. Both of these men treated us as if we were family--I never had such an enjoyable time buying anything and frankly never laughed so much. All in all, this was a great experience, our expectations were exceeded and I feel fortunate to have had such amazing professionals to help us. These two men are worth their weight in gold and it would behoove the FJ Company to take good care of them. I have to say, when the time comes for my next car, I know where I will be going.

They change a lot best to call them
That a question you can call the dealer for
Sorry I have no ideal
Lol, prices are set based on the internal rate of return. So I'm assuming you were going to purchase a used car, the price they paid for it plus what it costs to get the car in selling condition is what they offer it. Dealerships make little money on used cars and manufacturer incentives don't apply. They have plenty of wiggle room on new cars only not the used ones. It's best to be prepared by adding 10% to the purchase price for taxes, it will save you time and you will not feel disappointed.
Does it have badging that says 4MATIC?
The car wash I think is Tuesday thru sunday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., closed mondays

Car has to be running, but standing stopped.
I have used it twice and it is excellent. Nice to pick up a clean car after traveling.
They make it pretty difficult to do it cheaper but there's ways. You may be able to find the key for less on eBay and yes you can find and but factory original keys on their. Then have the dealer program it. It also depends on the year, and model but there are tons of videos on you tube on how to program factory keys. It's not as hard as they lead you to believe.
23 January 3018 I do Not work there, so I do not know. I own a E~350. Call and ask.
