Order a taycan from Ontario Porsche without negotiaing price with them because we got confidence that those professionals will provide me best price and best service ;) especially credit to Primo Garcia, as our SA, alwasy put customers need as priority, very straightforwad and frank person, no back and forth. Highly recommended! Prismo also give us help when building the car, he suggest us add PREMIUM PKG instead of chosing the functions seperately as pkg has more value but with discount, very appreciated that. Also F&I manger Shelly Fisher are nice and friendly too, he got patient go over each numebrs so both customer and dealer are on the same page. no superise, thats we as consumer can build trust with dealership.

Great car buying experience thanks to the professionalism of my Porsche Brand Ambassador Patrick Posey and the team at Porsche Ontario . Knowing that I was on a short time frame, Patrick located the Porsche with the features and color package I wanted at another store. He than went and picked it up the same day. I went into the dealer at 10:00 am after lunch I came back and my new car was ready to go. The easiest process I ever had in buy a new car. They definitely are my dealer of choice and I will be back. Jhovan was awesome the entire way through this journey. From the start he was confident and very knowledgeable about the 911-S that I ordered. Bought a 21’ Cayenne Turbo S E Hybrid out of state. Got lucky the inventory spec was pretty close to what I wanted. Car was delivered to WA in pristine condition and Gilbert/Christian were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Incredibly professional. Minor suggestion is to streamline online / remote purchasing process better. Had to pull information for updates a few times. Since these out of state deals take a while, super important for consistent daily updates until delivery. For higher end spec’ed cars, high chance buyers will be out of state as there is very limited inventory and allocations. WA/OR/ID all have small Porsche dealerships so it’s prime opportunity for more CA dealers to tap into the market.
