We love Paws on Pearl! Our Pomeranian is groomed here regularly and we also have her do overnight stays there every now and then. They know our dog and she always looks and smells great when we pick her up! Definitely recommend — we’ve been customers for years.

After reading initial reviews 4 months ago, I thought this was the perfect place to have my puppies receive their first grooming. Turned out to be not so good. We discussed exactly how they were to be groomed and then we left. Della had all of her hair cut off on her head. So low that the original bows I requested could not be added. She had no hair removed from her body. Brownie was to have the cute yorkiepoo teddy bear look and cut. He came out looking like a deranged poodle cut. We had asked for nails to be grinded and they were not. They tried to say they were clipped and I said no they aren't. It wasn't until the attendant tried to take Della and Della scratched her for the attendant to realize the service was not performed. Lastly, not 5 minutes after they were leashed and I was trying to pay, that they both took a huge pee on the lobby floor. This made me begin to wonder what had happened to them while they were in doggy "camp". I forgot to mention the tv cameras were there during my pick up, interviewing the owners. That's when I discovered there had been an issue with abuse. Needless to say, we never went back and I don't suggest anyone else does.

My dog breed has to be socialized to keep their temperment in order while they grow old. As pet parent the services here are great. As a foster pet parent I always know when integrating a dog into new environment can upset the dog and cause major anxiety. Have taken my own dogs and my foster dogs here (9 in total) and never had an issue. Been coming to Paws on Pearl for nearly 5 years now. Lacey and Cash LOVE their doggy daycare hang out days!

I love Paws on Pearl! My dogs (an 11.5 yr-old English bulldog and a 4 yr-old blue heeler) are both very excited and eager to get inside every time I drop them off. The staff know them by name before I even check in. The grooming department does a great job whenever I send them for baths and nail trims. The value of those services are great compared to other groomers I've been to. When I pick them up at the end of the day they are both obviously happy and tired, which is good since half the point is playtime with other dogs. I have been taking my dogs here occasionally for over 3 years and will continue to do so!
