This store typically has good items, but good deals you won’t find. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to budge on anything. Also, which ultimately falls on me, I missed my layaway payment cuz I used their app but the app didn’t remind like it had & their employee said they were having issues with the app; I lost my item & my down payment. I have a great track record for all my other items I’ve bought there & this is the only one that I missed but they wouldn’t even budge, even if just for some store credit. Doubt I’ll be back especially since I get better deals at their other locations.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have helped me many times. I go here quite often, if only just to browse their always changing stock.

I'm pretty much a regular at the Utica store. I've never had a bad experience. Although I have disagreed strongly with EZPAWN policy. However, both Shelby (mgr) & Genese (lead) were patient in explaining policy and terms. The store atmosphere is always pleasant and professional. I'd recommend this location to any friends or family that needed their services!
