Purchased a Freddy Vs Jason action figure for $32 with tax and when I came home and opened I realized it was used. It was never listed or sold as used. Box had been opened and figure had leg broken. Got a phone call a week later after emailing and was told I could bring back for my money but I live 2 hours away, was hoping for shipping option but seems they only work weekends. Poor customer service and shady selling practices.

Hey there, thanks for the question! Our brick & mortar store is has been closed to the public since March 22, 2020. We've remained closed even after most retail here in NJ reopened, due to a fire we had in the shop last year. I can't say for sure, I'd say most likely if they are older / desirable sets. Your best bet would be star wars, Harry Potter, etc or vintage sets.
Yes they have a decent selection of pops.
I would say no unless it was a deal they couldn't refuse.they would buy your 80's toys if in good shape though
