Very bad Managament was there .. I was there 2 weeks ago .. I didn’t know that there was a construction going on…. On the park personal behavior was so disrespectful to us … no more there ..

Open to the public, no admission fee, no swimming, but there's a public beach with swimming just up the street
I haven't heard of anyone drowning here over the last 5 years
Not sure, over 15' for sure in non swimming areas....
No coats. Buy a pass at the cove
Yrs for a larger size group like a family reunion or birthday party. Especially during summer and weekend
