I was seen on time. Nurse Practitioner Glenda Solano, is wonderful! She listens and respects her patient's input. She was very thorough during my follow up appointment.

Why am I on hold for so long ? 20 minutes to just schedule an appt ???

Worst practice ever, no sense of urgency and always make you wait at least an hour before you're even seen by the doctor even when you are the only one there. No one knows what's going on, or has any idea how a practice is supposed to work.

Terrible terrible place and if you want to feel uncomfortable or judged in any way this is the place to be!! The nurse practitioner is beyond incapable. Bed side manner? She has NONE/ VERY POOR. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE IN MY LIFE!! AND I STILL HAVE STREP THROAT 9 DAYS LATER.THANKS FOR NO MEDICATION!! I AM APPALLED
