Usually a good bet for household and garden supplies. We were looking for bracket style plant hooks/holders. The selection was pathetic. The live plants were very few and in bad shape. It has been unusually hot, partially explains the condition of the plants, but not the quantity or selection. Everyone has an off day. I guess this was one for Lowe's.

Manager toll me. It’s. Not. Money. Back and. Not. Exchange 1900 dollars. On the. Trash Do not recommend anyone ever use this store

I wanted to try purchasing online and picking up. I ordered 4 2x4x10' boards on a Tuesday around 3 to build a base for a purgola. At 4 I was texted my order was ready for pickup. I had just arrived. I went into the store by Lumber and was redirected to customer service. I waited in line until it was my turn. While waiting, there was a constant "klaxon" like noise. It did not seem to stop for anything. It did take about 30 minutes to actually get my order. I suspect every day is different and wouldn't decide to use/not use online purchasing for the wait. I would prefer a smoother solution but I don't think that would be possible as everywhere there seems to be staffing issues. I will go be a traditional shopper next time though. I suspect that this service may be more geared to professionals with large orders. Other than that it is a great location with quality staff.

Chris a wonderful store manager helped me out so much!! I'm was thoroughly impressed and pleased!!! Will add update bathroom once it's done but, in the meantime I also bought a fireplace and I love it. Easy to put together and great for the price!!
