Do not waste your time or money with this facility. The owner is extremely rude and inconsiderate of the customers well being. Unprofessional environment my fill appointment was cancelled without receiving a reminder behind an inconvenience that was solely on the lash technician. The lash technician rushed me and was very stand-offish when I walked through the door. This facility has no professionalism! Again, don’t waste your time of money. I am editing my review since you lied on me in your response. Not one time Tanik was I rude to anyone in the shop. I came in there smiling and very approachable to everyone. I asked to have a fill with Alyshia because that’s who done my lashes. Not one time with us speaking over the phone about my eye being irritated and hurt did I use any language that would allow you to think I was an I raid customer. Again, the professional way to go about canceling my appointment would have been to simply send me a confirmation email or text saying my appointment was canceled. I am now going to a wonderful lash technician that stated how Alyshia rushed me like I mentioned earlier because I had multiple lashes stuck together and so much glue on my eyes that it caused irritation. On top of that I had adhesive burn and a minor cut on my eyelid confirmed by not only a medical professional but multiple lash technician all of which caused me to needing antibiotics eye drops. If you are going to respond to messages please be honest. I never yelled or was rude to anyone in your facility. I left out with good intentions to come back you’re upset that I wrote a negative review and will not take it off.

The lady that did my eyelashes came in 15 mins late because she said she was out shopping. I was charged $175 and they were falling out non stop. I went somewhere else to get them taken off and was told they were glued to my eyelids not my lashes.

DO NOT USE THIS EYELASH BAR.... horrible services, i went and paid for a fill that lasted all of maybe 12 good hours, all my lashes fell out. When I tell you don't waste your time or Money because they do not believe that you should get what you pay for. The owner will try and force you to do what she wants versus what you paid for with the tech that you want. Its sooo sad, can't support black owned businesses when you try, Horrible customer service. NEVER again unless you want to look like a clown. Clearly I rescheduled to come in and well within the 7 day time frame to allow you to fix my lashes and my appt was with the technician of MY choice, not yours, I paid for a service that clearly i did not receive and however you feel you need to justify it is on you. If the technician that I am scheduled for is no longer available for whatever reason the professional thing would be to call and advise the customer and offer to set them with someone else. You can not force me to see who you decide you want me to see. However I guess that is why your closed more than your open, and maybe you should take some customer service classes because clearly you lack.... and if you read your reviews I'm not the only one that your great customer service has affected... Anyhow you'll be closed soon, can't run a business with no clients...

Love this place! Kayla is incredibly talented and has always done such a great job on my lashes. She's consistent, pays attention to detail, and listens to what I want and the look I try to achieve. I've been coming here since 2019, by far the best place for lashes!

Questions & Answers

Will they damage my natural lashes?

Each individual eyelash extension should not damage the natural eyelashes if they are applied properly. That means the eyelash extension goes on one, single, isolated natural eyelash, so the natural lashes can grow and shed on their own as they would normally. Careful consideration of the length, and volume of the extensions is also crucial to follow your natural lashes. Wearing extensions that are much too long and/heavy can damage natural eyelashes. At Tulsa Eyelash Bar at BHC we have a vested interest in the beauty and health of your natural eyelashes, and we focus primarily on applying extensions that are beautiful and for long term wear that fit you and your lifestyle.
