While I went to Central this time because they were open on Saturday, I was not that impressed. The girls behind the desk were young, quick and did not do a thorough job welcoming or explaining the process for title, tax and tag transfer. Also did not appreciate I had to pay extra $35 service charge to use my credit card since they wouldn't take my check as my bank is out of state and had my former address on it. Next time, I'll go back to Southeast Tag at 42nd Sheridan. It's my favorite. Recap below! As of their poor response to me below I am adding to this review. I am very disappointed that the owner did not apologize, try to rectify or take any accountability for the poor service. 😔 Instead they tried to say something negative about someone else's business where I have had a great experience. For the record, no one mentioned an ATM cash option. However, I do not know any other business who doesn't take an out of state bank and check from same bank on my card when you have my OK ID and all my info. That is old school. They obviously do not care about my poor review of them or wanting to improve. That's a shame.

I've honestly never had a bad experience with the Central office. They have been friendly to me, and got me taken care of. Today I tried to renew my tags online, and they actually went out of their way to call me and tell me about how I used a 599 form last time for a discount (for disabled vets), and if I renew online, they wouldn't be able to apply that for me. It dropped the price down from $96 to $8. They told me to just bring it with me and go through the Drive Thru if I like. It was very nice of them to call, since they absolutely could've just processed it without asking me.

Hands down the most helpful tag agency out there, well worth driving across town to not deal with the hassle of others. Bailey is awesome and definitely deserves a raise.

I was there on a Saturday, and they were extremely busy, however, they worked faster than any tag agency I've ever been to. They waited on everyone signed into the queue efficiently, professionally, and courteously. Baylee even made sure that a couple of elderly customers who didn't get signed in early enough were taken care of. She and her colleague, Ellen, deserve a big pat on the back for their customer service and personable attention at a place where almost nobody likes to go in the first place. Great work...
