Look, I come here because it's close to my house and it's a great place to come for affordable party supplies but every time I come there's always theft going on. This location is located in downtown hayward to there's always transient people hanging out in front asking for money and I can say every time I have come into this particular store I witnessed theft ever time, it's sad. Today's theft adventure, was a man who walked in with his pitbull ran in, took some water and some bowls and flew out there door. There were many witnesses including children and they were bothered by the situation. I get what I need and leave. The staff is always friendly and I do feel very bad for them.

The place doesn't smell good. But there's still good things to buy (I like the gold organizers) and nice cashier. We got our fave chocolates. We just went to get slippers but we ended up buying other stuffs like the photos. I won't suggest you buy pasta elbows because it's cheaper in target, only 79cents. Even some stuffs in dollar store are more expensive than Walmart or Target.

I had a horrible encounter with a “manager” Bianca. Idk who in their right mind thought hiring her as a manager was a great idea unprofessional and foul mouth while paying customers can hear her? The owner needs to stop being cheap and hire educational individuals not mouthy ones let alone I’ve heard he’s cheap to hire security. No wonder these people don’t like their job this is an unsafe area. Not long ago someone was threaten with a weapon here and it’s all female employees????
