1624 E 15th St.... I was extremely disappointed with todays experience. I had an hard time getting the order placed on line, your system withdrew money 3 times but did not actually place the order, I got that sorted out only to arrive at pick up and sit there for 15 minutes. Got the order returned to work to find no utensils, a sad looking salad with dressing barely covering the bottom of the cup it came in, My sandwich appears to have been made a child who doesn't like condiments. The lack of consistency in the service and product of this location is disturbing

Aside from the guy who just got done picking his butt that handed me my order, my salad i ordered 8 mins prior to me picking up was WARM and the salad i had ordered was full of bad lettuce. i threw it out and didnt even bother. i will not be returning to this location as the 41st location is just as far away from my home.

The food is typically very good (except when it’s not—more on that in a moment), but the atmosphere has totally gone to hell. I live very close to the Cherry Street location and seriously, I’ve been coming here since it was St. Louis Bread. The staff nowadays (very young, especially on the weekends) act like it’s a party, and the noise from the STAFF is ungodly. It’s enough to drive a person out the door. Their party in the back-of-house is more important than the customers, lots of yelling and loud laughter and just no. Wrong. Come on, kids. You’re here to work. You’re being paid to work. Please, put your phones away, leave your social media elsewhere and do your jobs. The music is also garbage and usually far too loud; if I’m wearing earbuds and can hear all of this outside noise? I often end up wondering where the manager is and why that person is allowing this to continue. Oh, right. Usually very young “manager” too. Since the Cherry Street Panera is very close to my home, I am partial to it. I am also recovering from a foot injury that has partially debilitated me, so I’m often having deliveries made. Some of their line staff needs refreshers on how to build their menu items or to pay more attention. More than once they have had to replace or refund my order because they screwed the build up. I have dietary issues and customize the orders. Please, folks, DO NOT add things that don’t belong in the build. I leave things out for a reason and don’t order particular things for a reason. Do not combine my order with something I cannot eat and is not even a part of the items anyway. I won’t get into the deeply disturbing homeless people who hang out in this Panera and stare at the customers. I keep expecting to get followed when I leave (I walk for exercise). Like I said—the atmosphere has gone into the drink.

I had the worst dining experience ever here. At Friday at 5pm, every table was dirty and only one other person was inside. A table had to be cleaned for us to sit. The food was alright. But, when I went to get a box, there was food inside of the top of it so I asked for another. The person who tossed the second box at me, after clearly seeing the food in top just happened to be the manager. Forty bucks for mac and cheese and half sandwiches and that is the service one gets? THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT APRIL FOOL'S JOKE!!!

I don't know but I will never purchase through the app or do curbside again. It took them 15 to 20 mins PAST pickup time on app despite the 2 calls I made. I drove from Sand Springs. NOT OK WITH ME!!
Yes, Panera is now delivering! There is a $3 delivery fee, but that is NOT part of your delivery drivers tip!
