Although I live in Owasso, I went to the Firestone store at 41st & Yale in Tulsa. Didn't have an appointment and needed 4 new tires. They got me right in and had me done in a little over an hour. The price was very competative and my truck now rides like new. Thanks to Matt and the team. Very good customer relations. I highly recommend them.

Not coming here no more was supposed to make sure my wheel was not loose after alignment but they never checked it and so I took my car to another shop and they noticed that my whole tire was loose and I could've hit a bump and lost my life because no one wanted to check it out when I asked to.

I went to Firestone @ 41 & Yale I had a air conditioning issue.They said they can do s free estimate to find out what was wrong.They told me after an hour that they had to put my car on a machine that would cost $109,And I was told by Firestone they don't know what caused the problem and everything was working correctly on the air conditioner and suggested for me to take it to a dealership.I also noticed that my clock was reset in the car.I took my car to my dealership a week later they said that Firestone does not have the proper equipment to fix this issue with my car and the Master mechanic said they should have not use there machine when there was nothing visibility wrong with the the air conditioner and should have referred me to a dealership. I called Firestone that day they said they were going to call me the next day at noon.(They never did)So I called them spoke to there manager and he said he wouldn't mak re good on this so I was force to call Firestone corporate office to fix this issue. Still waiting to hear back from them.
