My family has purchased many products that Pottery barn sells. We had a specific issue that has been lingering for over three months that involves thousands of dollars in furniture. We went into the store today to have Sarah J (assuming to be the store manager?) tell us that the emails you receive from pottery barn, William Sonoma, and other branches under their franchise are not even real people when issues are escalated, etc.! She then went so far as to ask us as the customer to fix their systems and provide ideas to make things better. I was going to order a bunch of additional furniture but due to the issue being so poorly handled and customer service expectations and digs to their consumer… We will be taking our business elsewhere! (June 2022)

Redecorating or adding to your home? Pottery Barn is a nice store with lovely quality items. Good place to find a gift too for that special someone (or yourself)! Staff was helpful and friendly.
