The General Manager at Service King was able to accomodate our drop off and pickup requests. So far they have been attentive and very responsive to all our needs. I'm giving this shop a 2 out of 5 (after looking at reviews online, it appears that the same issue that my wife and I had, others had too. (Color match issue) The distance from our house to shop was fairly close so that was positive for us. When we had initially taken our SUV, on April 30th, it was schedule for repair was around 10 -14 days - it actually took a lot longer as there was more damage than expected (additional parts needed) and color of bumper was way off. On May 13th, we were notified that my wife's SUV was ready and we can come pick it up. We would have to come back to finish up the job. Fast forward, my wife picks up her SUV brings it home. (No one at the shop checked it out before giving it to her - they just gave her the keys) After checking it out, I noticed the color of the bumper was way off. I asked her if anyone had inspected her SUV and she had said they didn't. I wasn't happy as the color was off and I've dealt with other repair shops and all of them had shown me the repairs that were done before I had left. Both her and I arrived a little after the shop had closed but the front door was open. I went in and asked for Eric. They said he had gone home for the day. There was an office manager - lady and I think he was a shop advisor like Eric inside and I had told them the color of the bumper was way off color. So they both went outside to look. I had asked them why they didn't inspect and check before giving my wife her vehicle back? They both had no answer. I was already upset by this whole ordeal. I had told them that there's too much pearl (my terminology was off - it was the metallic) and the lady had the audacity to correct me and gave me attitude after pointing out the issue. Whether I'm right or wrong, I'm still the customer. (And yes, I have let my State Farm agent know about this too) Again, I wasn't happy about this as now it will take longer to fix. Eric had contacted me via text. He had told me he would make things right. He did take care of the rental car and assured us everything will work out. May 21st was when my wife picked up her SUV. This time, they went over all the repairs and repainted bumper. Eric again assured my wife that if anything is wrong, to get a hold of him. Conclusion: If this is a "Preferred Repair Shop" for State Farm, I would never recommend them to anyone. The customer is always right even if they come off being wrong. Some of the employees need to watch what they say to customers. Being proactive is better than being reactive. Always show repairs to customers before they leave a repair shop.

i recently had to take I took my car in for collision repairs. I found Service King to be a top notch organization! Chiefly I was impressed with the initial meet and greet and the plan for keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs. Kenny was my service agent and he kept me abreast of every detail of the repair and even got the car back to me earlier than anticipated. The office space, reception staff, and technicians that took care of my car were all exemplary as well. Professional, friendly with attention to excellence is what I experienced during my visit. The office on Cedar was convenient and took care of my needs. Thanks Service King...my car looks new!!!
