I've loved McAlister's Deli for a long time. Great sweet tea, and food. $12.84 for half a baked potato, half a sandwich and a (fantastic) sweet tea, is a better value than a sandwich shop. A full sandwich, chips and drink at Jersey Mike's costs about the same. So I suppose McAlister's is actually a better value for hot, fresh food.

I'm disappointed! My to go order was simple. I asked for cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl. I asked for the bowl to be toasted. A side of Mac and cheese and a root beer to round out my order. When I was given. The bag, I asked if the bread bowl was toasted and told yes. When I got home, not only was it not toasted, there was NO bread bowl. Because I'm a vegetarian, it only gets worse. Instead of cheese and broccoli soup, I got chicken tortilla, which I can't eat. So, I spent over $12 for a soda and a half full container of mac and cheese. This is a joke!!!

Absolute favorite place when I need something fresh and filling. Great sandwiches, soups and spuds you can't go wrong!!! And priced to fit my budget!!!! Online orders a little frustrating as there is no options to select extra Ranch dressing or bread bowls for soup and deliveries with Door dash and Grub Hub are often incorrect or completely someone esles order, but if your willing to take a chance or get it yourself, it's soooooooo worth it!!!
