This service was bad enough that it has prompted me to leave my first ever google review. At 2:58 PM CST on 03/14/2022 I paid this 'business' to deliver a USPS First Class Service Package, with tracking. As of today (04/04/2022) the package has not reached the customer and the USPS website shows that it was never scanned in. This has created a nightmare wherein the USPS contends it never received the package, and the 'business' claims it delievered the package that day to the USPS. I've attached a scan of the receipt as well as the USPS site screenshot in the hopes that others can avoid being robbed by this 'business'. It's also worth noting that you pay almost half the price if you deliver your package directly to the post office.

Love supporting local small businesses. Their fax prices are a little high, but they are the only ones I can find who provide fax services in this area. Owner is a nice gentleman.

Near 100% mark up from going directly the US post office. Ok so I kind of have to laugh… after dropping off the packages I had with me at the post office there was one more that I had missed. I decided to try the near UPS store that I avoided because I thought USPS would be cheaper. The UPS price at another store was less than the USPS price at this place and also about 45% of the fed-ex price this place quoted me.
