Cashier seemed put out when taking our order since some of the burgers were requested without sone toppings (tomato, onion, etc). Unfortunately, none of the burgers that we requested toppings be omitted were correct, not even close. Otherwise food was fresh. Some of the tables were dirty and/or had clothes in the booths even though no other customers were dining in at the time. Overal though, this location has improved greatly in the last 2 years, but maybe BK should consider incentives, higher wages or something for employees. Better pay/benefits typically means better employees with better demeanors. I think it would make a big difference in repeat customers.

Great food, location, service. The lady who took our order was very helpful and friendly. This was our first visit since this location remodeled. We look forward to our next visit. We will be sharing this with our friends.

A few nights ago, there was something the wrong size in our order when we got home with the food and we called back to the location and talked with Darryl, who is the might manager. He was so so sweet and offered to fix it without any hassle. Told us to come back when he was working and let him know it was us. We went back tonight to do that and he went above and beyond to make things right. Customer service like that will get my business every time! Thank you sir for your kindness and willingness to fix it and then some.

This is an AWESOME BK!!! I used to go here all the time but had not been here in about two years----but the manager STILL remembered me and gave me top not personal customer service. The food was also amazing! I had a Whopper with Cheese and an Original Chicken Sandwich! Also had an Oreo Shake which was fabulous!!! I cant recommend this location enough!!! Solid 5 stars!!!
