I asked them for a specific part and they couldn’t even order the correct part I needed; thus, as soon as I am going to install my part I see it’s the wrong part, and contact them the next day. This unprofessional business didn’t want to exchange my part, due to the box being open, and I still called so they can correct the mistake this individuals made. He wanted me to contact the dealer and inquire about my vehicle when it was already payed for FULL, and wanted me to do HIS JOB!!! To top it off, I drove 3 times to this pathetic business. Take your money elsewhere, unless you are trying to be in the run around with these people. They should learn about German parts prior to selling.
