Food was pretty yummy. Got the classic chicken tostada and a large horchata. The horchata was warm, which was really weird. The location of the restaurant is also surrounded by homeless people and it smells like pee when you order at the drive thru.

I love Pollo Loco, but I'm done with this site. Product sub par, waited almost 30 minutes. Order seemed lost and no recovery action taken. Could use Security officers for the place or the parking lot

I ordered chickens 8 pieces chicken only leg and thighs. Chicken are very dry, only the top piece is decent. Service horrible, counter person Arely is very rude. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

I came here on tuesday nov 10 2020 at about 12:45 pm and the cashier at the drive thru acted as if i forced the money on to her hand...She needs to learn how to receive money the right way instead of trying to make customers feel bad/guilty...
