I came in today at 3:10pm. I was looking for a few items to purchase, however, I was not acknowledged at all. No hello, no how are you doing? I felt invisible and not sure why. They can check the cameras if they have any and see that I entered from the west side of the building, walked through passing the desks. Next I went into the middle area heading to the beds and finally all the way to the back. Lastly, I walked the same way back and walked out the same door I came in. For some reason I was invisible and customer service did not exist.

Customer service was over the top, they listen and show you the types of furniture or fixtures they sell. They also provide parts for something that needs fixed.
