I am so frustrated with the service here. I called twice today; once to ask how long the notary would be available in which I was told “3:00pm”, and the second time to again verify that the notary would be there until 3:00pm in which I was told “Yes”. I showed up to the business at 2:00pm and was told the notary had already left for the day. Customers should not be told a service is available later than it actually will be. This is absolute misinformation and this business should become more accurate in communicating properly and efficiently with their customers. I am so disappointed.

They were open during business hours. But I dropped off my Fed Ex package last Thursday in the early afternoon. That night, I checked my tracking #. Nothing. I checked it on Friday. Nothing. I checked it on Saturday. Nothing. I checked it today, Monday, and it was finally scanned in at 3:30 from a different location. Somebody dropped the ball. Was it Mail-N.More? Four days from the time I dropped off my package until it showed up in the FedEx system is not the kind of service I expect.

Are used to shop at this facility all the time until I ran into I guess who is the owner of the company! She racially profiled me for not wearing a mask, as the Caucasian elderly gal was in there being help without a mask. I use the service in the past in order to mail numerous items every single week! The young gentleman standing next to the gal that was being overly rude did not even mention that he noticed me or knew me he just sat there quiet! I do have an underlying health condition that caused me to have a heart attack a few months back. Under the proclamation of mask exemptions by Patricia buyers are mayor I am exempt from wearing a mask and carry a doctors note everywhere I go to prove so. I tried calling the store to explain my side of the story outside of the store so I didn’t have to be in there in forced to wear mask and she rudely hung up on me. I have never felt so racially profiled in my life I will never ever shop there again or use their services for that matter!

Been there acouple times and had a problem w/ my shipments each time. Pkg's are never on time as theyre quoted and they over charge for UPS and USPS. The customer service are excessively rude and very unprofessional. I would never refer anyone I know to them and will not go there again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me... Won't be a third time! The owners should really take a look at management of their business!!!
