So tired my packages get delivered to Wrong Street, it’s flip a coin if I get my package. Shame No Local number to call to correct as it happens, No I have to wait days tell they correct it or neighbor realize she has My package at her front door. Terrible service

Took 2 weeks to finally get a package that Fed Ex said they delivered on November 24th. I never got it. A business that got my package by mistake brought it to my door on December 8th. Really poor job Fed Ex. I have been dealing with the shipper almost daily trying to get a replacement order. Extremely frustrating! They haven't followed protocol either.

I’m terribly frustrated, my baby crested gecko came in. He should have been delivered in the morning at noon by the latest. He’s live cargo, it was cold outside, he should have been delivered first thing. It’s not 5pm and he is still not here, he’s now been in a package for over 24 hours. He is in a very clearly labeled box. I hope he’s been handled well and survives the trip. I’m upset they told me he’d be here this afternoon. He cannot go another night in that box. So his plane went down and it took them ten extra hours to get here, but no one informed me or the seller that he was going to be delayed because he didn’t make it into town and they had to wait for a truck to go get him. I thank the truck driver very much for going out of his way to go get my baby and for taking care of him, knowing he was live cargo. But this should have been something me and/or the seller were informed about. We were both very scared.

I'm not sure, it's complicated how to explain. Sorry
As far as I am aware that location is only for shipping out packages. Office depot would be a better choice.
I dont see why they wouldn't
FedEx policy prohibits packages wrapped in paper, due to the possible damage to both the label and the package within the automated belt system.
Yeah like 1st response stated. Distance and shipping priority plus size all create different price points.
Best ideas to try: Have package held at FedEx because once it arrives on plane you can pick up yourself and not wait for delivery. Winter affects package deliveries greatly as plane comes from Spokane airport. 3 planes come daily. Shipments arrive by a truck on Mondays.
Yep, if they're properly packaged.
You can go online and change it to hold at location and pick it up at the station as soon as it arrives there. You may get it a bit sooner that way but as Cowboy stated, you can't change the 'shipping class' after the package has left the point of origin. If it hasn't left the point of origin yet, contact the shipper and have them change it.
