After using a previous mechanic that drug their feet on EVERYTHING, I called West Side Car in a panic. I explained what was wrong and they got me in immediately and had my car back to me within a week (after not having it for 4 weeks). My car is good as new! To top it all off, I had been driving my dads car and something felt off, when I picked up my car, I left my dads car with them and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within a week! Thomas and the mechanical staff were phenomenal, they even took videos to show what the problem was. I’m all for supporting local and I can’t say enough good about this establishment and the employees! 10/10 recommend!

Friendly, honest and affordable. I bring my car for oil changes, brakes, and any other services or repairs needed. These guys have always taken good care of their customers. I recommend to everyone.

Hello Owner: If you think a car needs a new part, like a radiator, if the customer can find a cheaper one then what you charge, will you install it?

I cannot speak for the owner, but most shops prefer not to do that. There are expenses involved in supplying parts. Reputable shops like westside offer warranties on parts and labor. They cannot really afford to do that if they are not making some money on the part. Additionally, most shops are familiar and comfortable with particular product lines and vendors. They might be able to sell a cheaper part but prefer not to because of the increased likelihood of a comeback or rerepair. I think you will find that most shops prefer not to use customer supplied parts but you can always call and ask. Hope this helps.

My name is Brad Witters, what can I do for you?

I should not need any parts it would only be diagnose it, I hope how much for labor costs

Hello Tim, the costs of labor would depend on what the issue with your vehicle(s) is/are. I have gotten my truck worked on by these guys. They are reasonably affordable. I recommend you give them a call!
