I received my customized order from CyberPowerPC a month ago and I am very satisfied with my purchase! During the time in which my order was received, and to the moment it arrived, I was kept informed and updated(Thank you Carlos!). There was a strong level of expedience and care taken within the process of manufacturing and shipping. On its delivery, I was greeted by a well packaged, wonderfully sleek chassis. Over the past month I allotted a good amount of time to really push the limits of the hardware. Under duress through benchmark and heavily modded AAA titles I've found the core temps stay well within designated range; thus giving merit to the build quality! The system runs quiet, the air flow is good, and heat production is minimal under heavy usage. All the included peripherals in my customized package are of exceptional quality as well! This system has been a real treat and I'm very grateful for the team over at CyberPowerPC for giving me the means to experience these virtual worlds in such vivid detail.

Cyberpower has always been great to work with. I've been wanting to get my own gaming PC for a while now. They have great deals and super easy website to navigate. We had a bit of an issue with payment but they were great and resolved it the same day. The computer came in a timely manner packed securely with great instructions on how to finish the set up. I personalized it to my likes and the PC really shows who I am.

Read the other reviews and I have no issues with overheating. It has liquid cooling which is highly superior to a fan. I use it for work during the day and gaming at night therefore I run keep her running day and night like a Kid Cudi song. It runs smoothly and efficiently. I have emulators installed and game COD. I have experienced no lagging or crashing. In addition, I love the remote and ability to customize the lighting, very cool. I have received many compliments when people come over as its difficult to ignore my gaming set up. The only issue I'd say is a problem is the memory being low. Its 16GB which isn't enough. I will be buying additional memory when needed. The mouse could be better when it comes to the scroll wheel. When gaming the scroll at times wasn't captured. I upgraded by mice. Other than that, I give it a perfect score. Very satisfied. I have "no ragrats".
