The woman at the cash register this morning was not helpful or friendly. This McDonald's doesn't have to give good service or be nice - there aren't any other restaurants around this part of the tollway. Sad, they used to be nice & caring.

This is THE most efficient McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! The older lady taking our order was very friendly and very observant of people looking for things and helping them. Our food came out quickly and our fries were super delicious, our order was correct, but our sandwiches lukewarm. Overall, very impressed.

Drive through has been brocken for a month or more. But the screens work, but they cant operate it due to lack of staffing. They have not enough staff to fill orders and have friendly customers service interactions. I felt that the lines here are very bad. Hopefully it clears up soon get a better feeling of friendly environment to come and feed kids.
