Brought my kids to McDonald's to burn some energy and eat lunch. By kids I mean my 5 year old bc my 10mo was going to just sit with me. Got there and the play place was locked. The tables and floor looked like it had been opened and played in. Not super clear but not terribly dirty either. I asked about it being locked and the the kid behind the counter seemed surprised and didn't know it was locked (meaning it's probably been opened) he went to ask why it was locked and the manager wouldn't tell me why just told me it was not possible to open it. Can't help but feel like its just another ice cream machine thing.. say it's broken so you don't have to deal with it. Really thought this place was gonna be better after the remodel. Seems like I was wrong.

Ordered 3 happy meals. One only had a toy and apple slices. One had apple slices and two cartons of chicken nuggets. Third one had the burger and fries, no apple slices!?!?! Thank goodness we checked the boxes before driving off.

The manager is about as unpleasant of a person as they come. If you’re a customer she does not want your business. If you walk in the dining room she will very rudely turn you away, even though they are only doing work on the play area and have no signs saying the lobby is closed.

This has to be one of the WORST run business I have ever come in contact with. Locked doors because of COVID even though they enter in and out repeatedly to deliver food for those in a waiting line but not a Dad who is trying to potty train his little boy! And when you finally make it to the speaker to order breakfast for you and your little guy, the speaker is silent while 4 cars make it through the line after you. "Sorry, I guess your car wasn't picked up.....EVEN THOUGH I ASKED FOR HELP SEVERAL TIMES!!!! THE WORST BY FAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
