Very very helpful also vary considerate and courteous. The staff here went out of the way to help me enroll fast And effectively they took the time to make sure that I understood what was expected at the program. This place seemed very well organized I think that they understand that the people in their programs have made mistakes and this is a chapter in life they’re trying to put behind them. This is definitely the program that you want to trust with getting a hold of the DMV and/or the courts to make sure that all paperwork has been filed DMV has been notified I can’t speak highly enough about this place thank you

After receiving my second DUI, I picked up a DCFS case because I was neglecting my kids for my substance use problems. This place was amazing, all the staff were non-judgmental. I was allowed me to do two programs at the same time, one for my DUI and the other for my DCFS case. A few months into my DCFS program, I was allowed to get my kids back. I really appreciated the support I received from Ms. K and Ms. G, they truly do the lord's work. This place really helped change my life for the better. As a single father, it's nice to be completely sober so that I can be present for my children.

This place is amazing as a mental health facility; this place helped me realize that my mental health issues were directly tied to my substance use issues. For those who are fully employed, college-educated, single parents, we are led to believe that mental health does not impact us, but it does. I came close to losing my chidden to DCFS, but I didn't. This place incredible. The staff are encouraging and helpful as long as you genuinely want to get better. I would like to thank Ms. C and Ms. K as they were particularly supportive and non-judgmental of my situation.

The people here are very nice and helpful if you’re willing to do your part. Truth of the matter is that if you end up at this program, you got yourself in this situation, same as myself. The staff aren’t there to baby you, so take all the important due dates and make sure you do all tasks and classes on time to avoid making your own time harder than it needs to be. Put in the work, (which I promise is truly not that hard), and you’ll be free of the program sooner than later. Good luck to everyone and anyone who ends up here. You got this!

I had to call the agency directly to get this information. I would say that the best time to call is in the afternoon, like 1:30 pm and after.
Every time I have a question, I find that its best to contact the agency directly. I think you should try giving them a call after 1:30 pm.
I had to pay out of pocket but I still think you should contact the agency directly. Best time to call is after 1:30 pm.
