Dr. Phillip Ngo is an excellent physical therapist. I am grateful for his help. He is highly skilled. I have made great improvements under his care. He is kind, personable and nice. He is energetic and works hard. Dr. Phillip Ngo cares about patient care. He is excellent at making things understandable for the patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Phillip Ngo.

Calling them is a nightmare of frustration. Good luck getting anyone to respond to messages. I have an old man in there right now, Joe Brandyberry, who they are KILLING because he can't chew the hardtack and jerky they serve. Apparently this is a WW1 reenactment facility, because instead of attempting to care for their patient, they're letting him die so they don't waste time changing their status quo. If you have dentures, don't go here. They don't care about you, they don't care about your sobbing wife pleading to get you softer food because you are getting weaker and weaker because you cannot eat. That is not the kind of care I would subject anyone to.

Absolutely not recommend this facility. I’m baffled by the previous 5 star reviews. My experience was completely different then theirs. The front desk staff was very cordial and welcoming. The PT staff was moderately pleasant. But that’s where all the good qualities end. When I was assessed and then went through the PT exercises, I felt I was going through an assembly line. My therapist showed me how to do the exercise. Instructed me to 3 sets of 15 reps and walked away. I wasn’t sure if I was doing the reps right. When I was done, the therapist was nowhere to be found. The rest of the staff was doing the same thing. Hosting and bustling from one client to another. The majority of the therapist never gave the one-on-one attention the other reviews mentioned. The therapist eventually came back to me, and proceeded to give me another set of excursuses to do. Once the instructions were given she walked way to see another patient. Again, she didn’t bother to see if I was doing the exercises correctly. When my time was up, I was ushered quickly to the front desk to make another appointment. However, after realizing how they operated, I cancelled all my upcoming appointment. In short, it felt as though their philosophy was “Get them in and get them out. And bill the insurance.” What a racquet/scam you people have going! Way to work the system, Southland Physical Therapy.
