I took my car here to have my stud fixed because another party broke off. I also needed a wheel alignment. Per Jason at Tire Choice Auto service center, they did not have the stud for my car, and to get it fixed that day; I have to go to Honda to pick up the part. After going to Honda and picking up the part. I left my car with the hope of being repaired. After an hour of having my car, I received a call telling me that they could not repair my stud because they needed a press to remove the broken stud, which they did not have in their service center. Per Jason told that they do my wheel alignment. Ten minutes later, I got a call telling me that they could not do my wheel alignment because when I take my to my mechanic to have the stud repaired, it will mess up the wheel alignment. I called my mechanic to confirm if what they were saying was true, and he asked if their mechanic was new because that made no sense. I truly feel like because it was Friday, someone was in a hurry to get home and didn't want to do the work. I remember Jason telling me that his machine was only there until 4 pm. Not only were they not able to do anything to my car, but they also could not find my keys. I know that I will never take my car there again or refer anyone for service.

Got my oil change(blend high mileages) + 4 wheel balanced first time at this place. definitely a good job! I can tell the job was done as I drove off. Happy with result and I could tell the shop workers knows what they were doing.

I had been traveling and not familiar with tire shops in the Long Beach area. My tire was flat, and I was so discouraged. I googled tire shops and was kindly greeted by Fernando, who heard my concerns and assured me he could help. They took my car right away and repaired tire within the hour. The staff was kind, the work professional and for me very encouraging. I needed the encouragement that day and this service visit was a real blessing. Thank you Fernando and team.
