All I read are comments of negativity. I have been using this location since I moved here almost a year ago to date. Never have I come across the issue of previously posted folks. The single incident that messed up my trip was that the system for Amazon was down. 🙄 I go here at least 1-2 times a week for business. If there was any rude persons in that store it surely was the inpatient customers who (that I have witnessed) have no knowledge of the shipping/receiving industry. Slow down, take a breath and sometimes you have to realize that YOU, yeah YOU Karen, are NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE REST OF THE WORLD.

This store and it's employees are unprofessional, rude and not very helpful. The entire store has a weird vibe from the obscene music played to the bad humor the employees display. This store is not consistent with the UPS Brand that I expect. I am unfortunately in there more often than I want and my opinion is based on experiences not a one off visit.

I only give this store 1 star because I can’t give less! I wanted a booklet printed for our organization so I sent a pdf to them on 2-24-22, wanted it within a week, but on 3-8-22, they only had 3 books printed & those were totally messed up!! They were taking my pdf & trying to edit it somehow!! Had talked to Blake and/or Cayden during this time & was told my setup was “wonky” even though they had printed this booklet two other years & had no problem printing it. I redid my format to their specifications, but after a week they still couldn’t get it right!! Cayden was going to fix it, print 1 more book for me to OK, but he never did. Blake & Cayden both told me they’d printed lots of books & knew what they were doing!. I tried to find out who was over the manager there & ended up calling the head office; the lady I talked to was very nice & said we needed to register a complaint against the store. The store would have a few days to contact the head office, but two weeks later, the store had not responded to them about the complaint so I was told they would issue another one against them. They also suggested I cancel my print job there & take it to the Gage store, which I did. I thought about doing this before, but since Blake is the manager of the Gage store also, I didn’t figure it would do any good. Valoria (at the Gage store) merely pulled up my job, printed it off & it was done! Imagine that! She then printed 150 books for me & had them done in 4 days (would have been done sooner but there was a problem with the stapling). I messed around with the Wanamaker store for over 5 weeks with this book & the Gage store (Valoria) had it done in about 4 days -- & done right!!

Paid for a box to ship a rug. The store shipped the rug without the box. The rug arrived stained and damaged. Blake, the manager, said I would have to file a claim with USPS because they shipped the rug, even though I paid UPS to put the rug in a box to be shipped. I would not have had a claim to make if the UPS store had put the rug in a box in the first place. USPS is not going to pay for the damaged rug because of the way the UPS store gave them the shipment. I would avoid using this store at all costs.

Hello, i am the store manager. I am not sure why you cant track the package. The ups store is a middle man between customer and ups.we have only public assess to tracking info. If you call the UPS customer service they have much more access. I am always willing to help. Don't hesitate to call or come in and talk to me.
