Moderate to challenging trails.

Actually bigger than I thought. Took the loop trail, at first it seemed that it was never going to end after many loop backs but it did end up way up in the canyon and looped around the other Hill and back down towards the village. Actually ended up being a great hike. Parking is $8 cash and The visitor center doesn't always have the right cash. I really don't think there's any reason the state of California and the California state parks cannot have a way to electronically buy daily parking passes. Other than that great little bits of history on that site.

It’s a nice hike. Views are a little lackluster. Trails are fairly well kept up...well really it’s just one trail it felt like. Photos are mid way and at the top...note that the view from the top was why I only gave it 3 stars... ”9 miles for this!”

No, camping is prohibited. The nearest RV camping is at Samuel Taylor State Park.
Loved the park trails not too much to explore in a wheelchair I happened to see a ranger but no guides.
There is a fee for parking, which is collected by the rangers. Just fill out the envelope and put the $8:00 and deposit it into receptical. The receipt goes on your dash. If you hike into the park, there is no charge.
Yes definitely
