0 stars absolutely hideous rehab and so dirty. My husband got no recovery here and they will not update family at all! Case worker shaneska should not have a job! The therapist Meaghan is unqualified. There's no real doctors on site. The men's house has the patients making cotton candy for the counselor to go sell at the beach and gives them about 50 cents per cotton candy stick they make. Every time I add photos he took there they take them down of the inside of the facility.all those great reviews are friends and family of the owners! Find the review from Cody G.

I'm only giving this facility 1 star bc I have to in order to leave a review. My boyfriend was sent here, paid $40k, and he was treated like trash. The 2nd day he was there they sent him to the ER and left him there alone in a crowded waiting room for 6 hours while he was in the middle of detox. The facility called to tell me he was taken to the hospital but she didn't know why other than it was for symptoms they didn't treat at the facility. I asked her to please find someone that did know, so she called me back to tell me he was vomiting and had anxiety. So apparently they don't treat those symptoms of withdrawal. Then they told me they couldn't find my boyfriend, the hospital said he walked out without treatment. The facility refused to help locate him, saying he walked out of the facility on his own so there was nothing they could do. We reported him missing with the police department and they searched for him for hours. Later the facility called to tell me they found him, in the hospital being treated where he was supposed to be the whole time. The girl that worked the phone, Erin, was absolutely unprofessional and obviously did not care about the patients. For 5 days they let him detox cold turkey from fentanyl. They gave him a Valium every now and then and that's it. He was so traumatized from the amount of pain, lack of concern from the staff, being humiliated in a crowded waiting room detoxing, that we brought him home (all the way across the country) and put him in a different facility. If you want yourself or loved one to heal properly and with a little bit of dignity, DO NOT send them here. I was also told by a staff member that I have "control issues" and need to back off. I never paid them to diagnose me, my boyfriend (and ALL ADDICTS) deserve to get better in a safe environment where they are cared for properly and their loved ones are updated by someone with a few brain cells in their head. I am disgusted by how this place treated him.

I was a bit apprehensive having my father travel across the country for rehabilitation treatment, but Jacqueline was so helpful throughout the entire process and explained everything so thoroughly. Without her guidance and compassion for helping others, my dad wouldn't have made it there. Once my dad arrived to the facility, they treated him so well that he didn't want to leave them. All of the workers were amazing and so kind to him. They understood what he was going through during detox and helped him along the way. I was able to talk to my dad every day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for him, and we are forever grateful. Michelle was also equally important during his road to recovery. Not only did she work with him each day, but she also went above and beyond in finding him another facility that will continue to help him after he left. I would 100% recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone that is wanting to get the help they deserve. Thank you to all of the staff at Hope By The Sea - You are truly remarkable! I feel so blessed to have my father back. <3

Just want to say, the experience I've received after all I've been through and put myself through. I couldn't thank Hope By The Sea enough. There staff and programs they help ur life in many ways. There case worker to therapist and counselors even house managers and there drivers some the best people in these recovery programs, of the world they all play there part to make sure we do our end of recovery. They care about what there doing and really care about you. Even with the rules that's structure. One of the few tools they help us with. So much more can't even explain. All I have to say is thankyou so much to everyone at Hope By The Sea.

Check with your insurance provider, they may cover treatment. Also, Hope can direct you to the nearest support group such as A.A. or N.A., which are free.
Yeah if ur insurance runs out, and a lot of people dont know it will, they will have you out of their like lightning, Besides that it'll work if you let it
Eight years ago it was around 30K per 30 days for a private room in their best house.
I hope they don't take your insurance. You don't want to go to this place. Keep looking and I know you will find somewhere better. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm being generous giving them a 2.
