Corrupt Board Members are raking in multi millions, only crumbs go toward the youth! They take advantage of the youth, feeding them psychological crumbs to keep them in the victim mentality mindset which radicalizes them to the (actual oppressive) commie leftist elite agenda!

The RHY program serves youth ages 12 to 17, who can identify themselves. And you need parental consent.

If someone was to run away from home would this place take them in?
