So a 21 year old who wants to get out of an unhealthy dangerous situation, and go to college and better himself, is not welcome here. I was looking at charities I wanted to shine a light on and start a charity for and this and even though everything else looked good this answer really turned me off. I would like you to explain in more detail why you would deny someone like this
The RHY program serves youth ages 12 to 17, who can identify themselves. And you need parental consent.
