Unfortunately Thomas customer service is poor at best. Non of the employees we have dealt with knows very much about the products or pricing. We went in person and got no answers and we called and talked with multiple employees and was passed around and still no answers on pricing. All we want to do is spend money and buy product. Please HELP!

They have it there on Taft. Go in to the main bldg. and tell them what you want. They load the materials in the back. It's set up for contractors but don't worry they are friendly and helpful.
