It was time to finally get rid of my 15 year-old leather sofa and loveseat. Fairly new to the North Bay, I did some Internet research on local/regional furniture stores and decided to visit Wine Country Fine Furniture (winecountryfinefurniture…). It was a pleasure to work with Jack, who is very knowledgeable about the various furniture manufacturers he uses. We looked at several styles and settled on the Balmoral leather sofa and loveseat from Palliser. Since this furniture had to be built, Jack kept me informed all along the way. He delivered it yesterday and got it all set up. I am very pleased with the quality and modern style, which is definitely better than the rolled-arm style of my previous furniture. It's very comfortable to sit on and, although I'm only 5'2", my feet actually touch the ground. Jack knew what worked the best for me! I definitely recommend Jack and Wine Country Fine Furniture. His customer service is stellar and I really enjoyed working with him.

We were looking for theater seats that are advertised on-line but (I thought) were not possible to try out in person west of Denver, CO. But it turns out that Wine Country carries not one but seven!! versions of the chairs. The whole family was able to spend time in the store sitting in the chairs and checking out various accessories available for them. Jack was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the brand and the process. He corresponded with us and answered our questions before, during and after our visit.

Jack Rasmussen provides first class service, above and beyond what we could have hoped for. We found him on the web while searching for a recliner for me. I have Parkinson's and Jack went the extra mile and brought a chair to my home so I could try out the recliner in person. He carefully demonstrated all the functions of the chair and how it would fit in our living room. He spent a great deal of time with us helping my wife choose the fabric and color. Upon delivery, Jack made certain that everything was to our satisfaction. He gave us a tutorial and was kind and generous with his time. He never was rushed.

Top Grain leather is the best quality for use on sofas, couches, recliners, sectionals, and chairs, as well as for shoes.
