I have been going here for years since I was a chilled and I can only confirm how downhill it has gone. I was called today and told that my dentist is no longer there so my filling could either be done today by a totally new dentist or 2 months from now… As I’m sitting here in the waiting room the receptionists literally said “I hope his clients never call back cause this is too annoying” they don’t care about your health.selfish rude staff.

Very helpful and professional staff. I've chosen my primary care physician from their pool of doctors. They legitimately care for their patients however scheduling appointments can be difficult as they are largely overwhelmed by the illegal immigrant population. Not being racist, it's just a matter of fact with all clinics in California. That and most hospitals are overwhelmed with hypochondriacs during this COVID thing.

I waited almost an hour for my doctor to come for my prenatal appointment. I decided to leave, nobody communicates anything. My last appointment I had with my doctor I felt like my concerns were dismissed. The hospital system is so heavily impacted it feels like no body cares about anything anymore.

They did but not any longer. Everything is by appointment now. They may still have the test center behind the facily but my gf who works next door hasnt seen anyone out there in a while. She literally works next door at Tacmed Simulations.
That is terrible
You can see your doctor .
Depending on your visit and the reason. They have program that you can apply for and depending on your income you could pay as little as $30. I would call and ask and tell them your reason of your visitm
You don't have to have Insurance. You would have to pay for the visit
Yes open till 8pm
Yes. You will need to make an appointment with a Certified Enrollment Councelor, and you have the choice to have the appointment either at the Rohnert Park location or within Petaluma Health Center. There are two C.E.C's in PHC, one is located in Suite A and the other in Suite D.
