The facility may be a fantastic place. I would not know. I am in Missouri, trying to get anyone on the phone is the worst. Mother has only been there a few days, and I have yet been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Then find out, there are no phones in the rooms. They have to have a portable one brought in,. So it's the nurseing station that isn't answered. From a sister that did get through, said mother loves it there.

6/21/2021 My mom has been in here a couple of months anytime something significant happens to her they call me and let me know. I told them she was in pain and asked them to give her a certain pain medication The following day she was receiving it that made me happy Excellent work!! I Dontknow what's going on with the phone but it's very difficult to speak to your love ones. I am very grateful they are taking care of my mom

Quality of care is the most important goal for the staff at EmpRes. The staff are excellent at focusing on quality of life, and adding joy to the lives of residents. I am proud of the staff at EmpRes.

My grandmother has been there for nearly a year now. She entered the facility with our expecting her to die. Now, she is eating, breathing, gaining weight, moving around and socializing. It's awesome!!
